Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only. If the product you received doesn’t fit well, you may request an exchange for a different size.

If you need to raise an exchange issue, you must do it within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Please contact us within this period if there are any issues with your order, such as damaged or missing products.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and any freebies intact. If the product shows any signs of wear, wash, or damage, we will not be able to offer any refund or store credit.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and treated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of the product, change of mind, or other personal preferences.
